Profile

Dr Mahmoud Moussa is a lecturer at the Faculty of Higher Education at Holmes Institute and a sessional lecturer at the College of Business and Law, School of Management at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. He is a member of the editorial board at Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies (EEMCS) Journal, Emerald Group Publishing, UK. He has been teaching Business and Management courses for the undergraduate and postgraduate students in Thailand and Australia for the last 15 years.

He is the author of two books titled “Cross-Cultural Performance Management: Transcending Theory to a Practical Framework”, Palgrave Macmillan, UK and “Innovation and Leadership in the Public Sector: The Australian Experience”, Routledge, UK. He has published over 30 refereed papers in several reputable journals. He has conducted research and published extensively on human-computer interaction, attitudes and perceptions of interactions within organisations, cross-cultural management, HRD, and HRM. His current research interest involves innovation and leadership in Australian public sector organisations.  

Mahmoud is holding a PhD in Management at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. A Master of Arts in Human Resources Development at Burapha University, Chonburi, Thailand. A Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt.
